Mixing Messages, Graphic Design in Contemporary Culture: Archived version of the site that was the online catalog to the Mixing Messages exhibit at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.
Absolut Vodka: One of the best sites on the web to see great experimental digital art.
Type-High: A site dedicated to wood type.
FUSE98: Okay, so the conference was in May 1998, but they still have the Lab open! There is some great experimental stuff to look at here.
MetaDesign: Erik Speikermann's Design Studio, a great example of how to use type beautifully.
The Will-Harris House: Full of great typographic information, including steps on how to choose the right typeface.
® Research: Neville Brody's studio.
Margo Chase Design: One of the better places to see cutting edge type design.
Segura Design: Carlos-of [T-26] fame-Segura's design studio.
Typography online: A small site that serves up some interesting typographic tidbits.
The Goudy Center: promoting the life and work of one of America's best typographers.
